1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Avaroite website (avaroite.com), engaging our engineering studio services, or accessing client portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Agency Services & Project Scopes
The services presented on this website (including Website Development, Full-Stack Web Apps, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, and AI Integration) are descriptive representations of our engineering capabilities. All contractual relationships, pricing milestones, deliverable timelines, intellectual property transfers, and SLAs are governed exclusively by formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Avaroite and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full milestone settlement, 100% of custom application source code, designs, database schemas, and digital assets created specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client. Avaroite transfers complete repository access and deployment credentials.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
